Hi, I’m Sule Alat — your guide for this New Year transformation.

I’m an abstract artist, certified life coach, NLP practitioner, and hypnotist with a deep passion for helping women reconnect with themselves through creativity, intention, and gentle inner work.

Over the years, I’ve learned that real change doesn’t come from pressure or resolutions — it comes from shifting your inner world. Through art, mindfulness, and subconscious transformation, I’ve helped women step into new versions of themselves with clarity, confidence, and emotional ease.

This workshop brings together everything I love: grounding meditation, reflective journaling, intention-setting, subconscious rewiring, and the creative magic of vision-boarding. It’s the work that allows you to slow down, reset, and choose who you’re becoming in the year ahead.
