Throughout the day you will experience a thoughtful combination of gentle yoga, guided coaching exercises, journaling, and creative expression. This balanced approach allows both body and mind to slow down, release tension, and open space for fresh perspective and insight.

In a calm and supportive environment, you will be gently guided to explore what you wish to release, what you wish to nurture, and what you would like to invite into the next chapter of your life.

The day is intentionally designed to feel spacious, nourishing, and inspiring — allowing you to leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply reconnected with yourself.

Who This Retreat Is For

This retreat is perfect for women who feel ready to pause, reset, and reconnect with themselves in a supportive and welcoming space.

Taking place in mid-June, close to the Summer Solstice — the point of the year when light is at its peak — this retreat also offers a beautiful opportunity for a mid-year reset. It is a chance to step back from the pace of everyday life, reflect on the first half of the year, and gently realign with what truly matters to you.

The Flow of the Day

  • Welcome & Arrival RefreshmentsArrive, settle into the beautiful surroundings of Ellenborough Park, and enjoy tea, coffee and light refreshments as we begin the day together.

  • Morning Yoga Practice with Chloe      A grounding and energising yoga session designed to gently awaken the body, release tension, and set a positive intention for the day ahead.

  • Mid-Morning Refreshments

  • Guided Inner Reflection Session with SuleThrough meditation, gentle guided reflection and journaling prompts, this session offers a space to pause, gain perspective, and reconnect with what matters most as you move into the second half of the year.

  • Lunch at Ellenborough ParkEnjoy a nourishing lunch prepared by the chefs at Ellenborough Park and take time to relax and connect with others.

  • Creative Vision Board Experience        A guided creative session where you will create a personal vision board for the second half of the year. Using images, colours and words, you will explore what you would like to invite, nurture and focus on in the months ahead. Inspired by the energy of the Summer Solstice, this exercise helps transform reflection into a clear visual intention you can take home with you.No artistic experience is required — simply bring your curiosity and openness.

  • Gentle Chair Yoga with Chloe               A calming practice designed to release tension, restore balance and refresh the body after the creative session.

  • Afternoon Refreshments

  • Integrative Yoga Flow: A gentle flow session to help integrate the insights of the day through mindful movement and breath.

  • Closing Reflection Circle: We end the retreat with a short guided reflection and grounding practice, helping you leave feeling calm, centred and ready to move forward with renewed clarity.

Retreat Investment

The investment for this full day retreat is £185, which includes all creative materials, refreshments throughout the day, and a nourishing lunch prepared by the chefs at Ellenborough Park.

A £50 deposit is required to reserve your place, with the remaining balance payable closer to the retreat date.

Because we wish to keep the atmosphere calm, supportive and personal, spaces are intentionally limited.

This day is an invitation to pause, reset and reconnect with yourself at the halfway point of the year — a gentle moment to reflect on where you are and where you would like to move next.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get my deposit back if I can no longer attend?
Deposits are non-refundable. However, if your plans change, you may transfer your deposit towards another workshop offered by either Sule or Chloe. We are planning to host similar collaborative retreats in September and January, so you will have another opportunity to join us.

When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance should be paid by 20th May to secure your place at the retreat.

Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?
If you already have a yoga mat, please feel free to bring it with you. However, if you are new to yoga or do not have a mat, one will be provided for you on the day.

Do I need any art experience?
Not at all. The creative session is designed to be accessible to everyone and focuses on expression and exploration rather than artistic skill.

What should I bring with me?
Comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement, your yoga mat if you have one, and an open mind for a day of relaxation, reflection, and creativity.

Will there be other retreats like this?
Yes. Chloe and Sule are planning to run similar collaborative retreats later in the year, including September and January, so there will be future opportunities to join if this date does not work for you.
