About
Meet Your Host:
Hi, I’m Sule Alat — an abstract artist, certified life coach, NLP practitioner, and hypnotist, passionate about helping people reconnect with their emotions through creative expression.
Over the years, I’ve explored how art, mindfulness, and subconscious work can unlock deep personal transformation. That journey led me to create the Creative Wellness Circle — a space where your feelings are welcomed, your voice matters, and your joy is gently rediscovered.
This workshop brings together everything I love: soulful meditation, expressive journaling, intuitive abstract painting — and the deep healing that comes when we slow down and truly listen to ourselves.
If you're ready to feel more grounded, expressive, and emotionally free — I’d be honoured to guide you.

Rachel W.
I was emotionally drained when I joined, just going through the motions. This workshop cracked something open — I laughed, I cried, and I left feeling hopeful again. It was the first time in ages I actually felt like me.
Claire T.
“I didn’t expect to feel so moved. The blend of journaling, painting, and guided reflection helped me release something I’d been quietly carrying for years. By the end, I felt lighter, clearer, and deeply seen. It was both healing and beautiful.”
Sarah B.
“It felt like a gentle reset for my nervous system. The inner reflection exercises were exactly what I didn’t know I needed. By the end, I felt lighter — like I had room to breathe again. I now use the journaling tools in my daily life to stay grounded; this workshop set the tone for weeks after.”
