These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into by and between You ("Client" or "You") and [SuleAlatArt] ("Company", "we", or "us").

 

Program

These terms apply to all online courses offered by the Company.

The Company agrees to grant you access to the Online Courses that you have paid for. By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with all policies and procedures outlined in this Agreement.

Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, & Disclaimer

By agreeing to this Agreement, you also agree to abide by the Company’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer. Any conflicts between these documents and this Agreement will be resolved in favor of this Agreement.

Nature of the Relationship

​

This Agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and the Company. The Company provides educational materials and information through the Program, but does not offer professional advice.

Fees

​

In exchange for access to the Program, you agree to pay the specified fees.

You may choose between a single payment or monthly installments. If you opt for the payment plan, your selected payment method will be automatically charged as specified on the checkout page on a monthly basis. You are responsible for these payments until a refund is obtained according to the Program’s Refund Policy below. Failure to make any payment will result in immediate suspension of access to the Program.

Payment Plan Authorization

By selecting the payment plan option, you authorize the Company to charge your credit card or debit card according to the terms outlined in the Fees section above.

Refund Policy

​

The Company offers a money-back guarantee for the Program under the following conditions:

You must request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing [artbysulealat@gmail.com] during normal business hours (Monday - Thursday, 9am-5pm BST).

Refunds will be issued promptly upon eligibility determination. Refunded purchases terminate all licenses granted under this Agreement and the Company’s Terms of Use.

Refunds will not be issued solely due to payment with an unintended credit card or PayPal account. Changes to payment methods for future payments are allowed but not for payments already completed.

The Program

​

As part of the Program, the Company shall provide:

- Access to Programs Area: You will have access to a Programs Area containing lessons, forms, worksheets, and other resources for the duration of its existence. The Company will provide 14 days' notice before closing the Program Area.
 
- Access to Private Discussion Group: You will have access to a Private Group for interaction with other participants. The Company reserves the right to enforce rules within the Group and may revoke access for violations without refund.

- Bonuses: You may be entitled to bonuses offered by the Company at the time of registration.
