Meet Your Host:
Hi, I’m Sule Alat — an abstract artist and certified life coach, passionate about guiding women back to their inner wisdom through creativity, emotional clarity, and soulful self-reflection.
Since 2006, I’ve been supporting students and educators on their personal development journeys, and since 2012, I’ve explored the healing power of abstract art. For many years, I felt deeply called to both personal growth and creative expression — yet I wasn’t sure how to bring them together in a way that truly served others.
That changed during my life coach training, a turning point that felt like divine timing. As I immersed myself in the work, I knew I’d found the bridge — a way to combine my love for art with my purpose as a mentor and guide.
Not long after, the vision became clear: a gentle, inspiring space where women could reconnect with themselves, release emotional weight, and express freely through creativity.
The Creative Wellness Circle was born.

Not at all. This space is about expression, not perfection. You’ll be gently guided to explore your emotions — not to make “good” art.
2-What if I don’t have time every week?
